Here are a few things you should know before ordering!

Any event that involves alcohol must obtain an Alcohol Permit.

All alcohol permit requests can be done through our STABLE program and must be submitted at least three to four weeks in advance Contact 214-768-2368 for help.

Please contact the catering department directly for any rentals or special orders.

All changes and modifications MUST be made 72 hours before your event date.

Make sure you have finalized your menu, attendee count, rentals, and dietary restrictions, within this time frame.
